LMLS, 6 mi easy, 7 MP, 1 c/d, then SAM Hard. 6:44 avg pace for 7 MP miles. On a hilly route. Did the SAM Hard routine strongly. Warm out, humid from morning drizzle. I wore 2 layers. Weight was 138 lbs after run. Yikes.
