Wednesday "tired legs" run following yesterday's fartlek workout. Easy enough, but I cut it a bit short. I should've gone closer to 10 miles, but I ran out of time, and still wanted to get in the SAM Easy routine before work.
6.8 mph at 1% incline for most of it, HR steady at 140 bpm for most of it. Forgot to run strides at the end!!
