PLAN: Yasso 800's: 3:00/3:00 (0.5 mi/0.25 mi) x 10.
ACTUAL: 8 x 800m Yasso's, but building up speed: 8 mph, 8.5 mph, 9 mph, 9.5 mph, then 4x at 10 mph, all with 1% incline. Recovery jogs at 5 mph for 0.25 mile.
Treadmill is now set-up in basement utility room, appears to be functioning well ... well enough to do Yasso 800's!!
