LMLS, 12 x 100/100 on TM using 10.5 mph and 8.5 mph as the Sprint / Float paces. SAM Easy
Solid workout, maybe not quite as tough as RW intends (11.1 mph or faster on the Sprints), but good leg turnover work in any event.
Residual fatigue in legs this morning caused me to sleep in and therefore, to run this workout over my lunch break. I feel like I should be ready to go for a tough Alternations workout tomorrow. Shooting for 9.1 mph / 8.4 mph alternating every 0.5 miles for a total of 7 miles, plus 2 w/u and 1 c/d. The slower segments might be adjusted up or down tomorrow, depending on how I'm feeling.
