HR #'s are bogus. BUT, this was an encouraging run! Day 2 of running (after LONG headache-induced break of 2+ weeks). Cadence was quick and light, paces were surprisingly quick given how "clunky" I felt both yesterday and today (and how stiff and sore my joints feel ... 2 weeks of not taking Glucosamine supplements). With consistency over the next 5 weeks, I might run a 3:30 marathon comfortably on October 3rd. It is hard to imagine getting enough done in 5 weeks to attempt anything faster than this, but who knows?
