Part 3 of 3: last 4.5 miles of easy TM run, 7.1 mph maintained, with HR staying in 130-133 bpm range.
SAM Easy.
2 breaks were very short. Total time running was 90 minutes, at 7.1 mph for almost the whole way (other than w/u mile and quick w/u's after each break), and HR right in the Low HR zone of 130-135. This is the fastest I've been able to run in this HR zone since I started tracking this, so that's reassuring. I needed to run at 6.6 mph to keep it in this HR zone 4 or 5 weeks ago, so there is progress being made.
