12.1 mi Aerobic "tired legs" run. Pretty steady with HR today, locked in at 130 bpm. Even with a fairly hilly route, average pace is down to about 8:30. I'm really slowing down on the uphill portions to try to keep HR near 130. One thing that is interesting is that sometimes, during a slight downhill, my HR will recover quickly and I'll see it drop below 126 before I notice it.
