LMLS, 8.6 miles with 5 x 600m on the roads, SAM Hard.
First repeat was uphill, so pace was a bit slow (6:20). After that, paces fell to 6:00 for the 2nd, and around the 5:45 range for the last 3, which is probably faster than needed, but it felt good to "stretch" it out. Two days after Sunday's 23-miler, and I'm feeling ok. Tomorrow is another 15-miler, and I'm hopeful that the weather will be good and I'll be mostly recovered from Sunday.
