First run in over 2 weeks!! Out sick (cold, possibly flu?), haven't run since Dec 27. I was supposed to begin the Running Wizard program on Jan 6, so I'm basically skipping the first week of the 24-week program.
I ran easily today, at least it didn't feel difficult. Slowly built up to 7 mph at 1% incline. Checked HR on the treadmill and it read in the 150's, which seems high for my level of exertion. Maybe just a result of getting over my cold/flu AND having not run for 2 weeks.
