10 x 100m strides at Shiloh park. Ran them at the appropriate effort level, ~ 22 sec over 100m, followed by a roughly 300m Jog around the park until the next repeat. There was a flock of geese huddled at the park right in the area where I finished my 100m "fast" segments, and they would scatter each time. A few would HISS at me, and a few would run in front of me with their wings spread -- reminded me of the spectators at the bike races that run alongside the bikers (or right in front of them) during the ascents.
