Strong run, felt great! Factors helping me out today include:
I didn’t run yesterday,
I fueled before (2 pieces of toast with honey, coffee) and during (Tailwind),
Cooler and less humid today.
19 total miles. Easy effort for the last 2 miles, but could feel the tightening in quads and hammies that typically precedes cramping.
