LMLS, 17 mi w/ 9 at MP, SAM Hard.

Pre-run: 1 Pop-Tart about 75 minutes before. Drove to Maple Plain to get on Luce Line at C.R. 110. Out and back, plan was to run 7 miles easy, then 9 at GMP (6:50), 1 mi c/d. First couple miles were about right, then my pace sped up significantly. 6:35 and 6:40 felt good, and the last 2 miles were 6:26! 9 miles were at an average pace of 6:39. I did SAM Hard in a gravel lot, which sucked but got it done. I don't feel like I overdid it. But we'll see.
