LSLM, 12 mi easy effort, SAM Easy
Race yesterday (10k), so some fatigue today, but not bad. Bad HR data, but ran at a very comfortable effort level — pace was faster than expected.
NOTE: The 42 bpm resting HR was from yesterday afternoon. 3 measurements in a row, and one of those was a 41!! Not sure why the sudden, large drop, but it was the afternoon after a race, AND I had gone from shivering outside to warm and falling asleep in my car. I could FEEL that my HR was slow, but was still surprised to see 41 and 42 after rarely dropping below 50 for a couple months.
