LSLM, 12.6 miles with 9.6 mi @ 7:01 avg pace; SAM Easy
Good effort. Sunday was a really tough workout, Wednesday was a serious Intervals workout (3 x 2 mi), and today was a really solid O&B (longer than prior Friday 60 min runs, and a bit faster, all while maintaining HR ~152-153 bpm).
Long Run tomorrow of 19 or 20 miles, then it's 3 weeks until marathon day.
