LMLS, 12 x 400m Intervals, stretched (no SAM)
Ran the 400's at 9.7 mph for 11, and 9.8 for the last one. I felt a little under the weather before and during the run, but felt fine afterwards. 9.7 mph only got my HR to a max of 163, and 165 at 9.8 mph (the last 2 repeats). For most of the workout, I do not appear to go ANAEROBIC much, if at all. Next week, I will use 9.8 mph, and possibly faster. I plan to go back and check what my HR was back in 2013 when training for Grandma's using RW during Intervals.
