The HR #'s are bogus, which is too bad; I'd really like to know what my HR was doing for this run in particular. I felt like I was not moving very fast and not trying very hard. 8:00/mile pace is faster than it felt. Not sure what it all means. Legs feel brittle and joints and bones feel achy, and I feel like I'm just barely ambling along ... at what feels like about 9:00/mile pace.
