Fartlek: 4 x (3 min ON, 2 min Steady), 4 x (4 min ON, 1 min Steady)
Except I forgot and did a 2 min Steady after my 2nd 4 min ON.
It was slippery with ice/snow this morning, so my paces are slow. I felt like I managed the effort level nicely, though. Avg HR in the low 150's, and only got up to 160 bpm for a max, so I kept it very high-end aerobic for the most part.
