15 mile Out n Back, Goal pace 7:14, Actual was 7:07, plus 3 mile w/u, 3 mile c/d for total of 21 miles.
Solid workout, weather was helpful.

7:14 pace. Youch!
Consider instead this weekend:
... try and substitute a single FFLR of ~20 miles total (with 4 or 5 miles at Goal MP towards the end) on Saturday, with a really easy 4-5 mile Jog on Sunday ... instead of the 15 OB on Saturday, and 12 JOG on Sunday.
