"Tired legs" run following yesterday's workout. Pretty happy with the numbers. I ran steady at 7.0 mph and 1% incline, with HR in the mid 130's. I ramped up the incline to 2% or 3% for a qtr mile here and there and HR went up a little. Not sore or tired.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to build on this progress right away. Ski vacation at altitude means no running for the next 5 or 6 days.
