Tried to keep it easy today; 8:15 - 8:20 pace was my goal, and I ran pretty close to that.
Resting HR upon waking was 45 bpm, which is great; haven't seen it that low in quite a while, so I think it's a sign that I'm recovered from whatever has been dragging me down lately.
Also, weight after running was 144.5 lbs, which reinforces the previous 144.0 on Sunday. Nice to see that number dropping a bit. I believe that I got up into the low to mid 150's over the winter and stayed there well into the racing season (which might explain my struggles of late, especially in marathons). I don't want to drop too much, but a couple of pounds can really make a difference in my perceived effort level. Anyhow, I'll try to keep tabs on RHR and Weight like I used to do with the Recovery Indicators.
