Notes
Mostly easy, with a few bounds up the Hamel hill and a few strides thrown in (5:15-5:30 pace for 30 sec). I wore the new Nike XC spikeless Waffle Racers for the first 3.5 miles, then felt a few hot spots coming on. Short jog home to change into an old pair of Virratas -- much more comfortable and avoided some blisters, I'm sure.
Good recovery run to prep for tomorrow's intervals workout.
