LMLS, 18 mi long run, no SAM (felt ill)
It was cold, water bottles froze, I ran way too hard, dehydration. I drank a can of V8 juice after my shower and almost threw up. My weight was down to 141.5, which is pretty low for me. I don’t train this hard when I run on the treadmill; maybe it’s ok to push it this hard once in a while. But I can barely eat anything, and it’s been more than an hour after finishing the run. I feel better than this after most marathons.
