Fartlek, very unstructured. warm-up, then ~10x up Mount Medina Hill at park, then a lap around the park with a 400m hard effort (5K pace), then a couple bigger hills (up Sioux Drive), with some short sprints behind Oak Eatery, then 5X more up Mt. Medina, then another 400m hard, then about 1.5 mi c/d.
