Solid run after yesterday's PCR/Tempo run. 19 miles at a pace that felt mostly easy, although I started to pick up the pace late in the run because I was cold. It was snowin' and blowin' steadily. Longest run of the training cycle so far, and it was encouraging to finish without too much difficulty. The last mile was a cool-down lap at the park, and I was starting to feel a lot of fatigue during that part. Another mile would've been counter-productive today, I think, so it was about the right level of effort/duration. I may cut it back just a bit next week ...
