LMLS, 20 min w/u easy, 14 x 100/100's on TM, cycling b/t 10.5 mph and 7.5 mph. This did not get me tired, as is the goal. However, I wanted to keep from hurting my hamstring or anything else. I basically, focused on keeping my stride quick and relaxed. Need a pit stop immediately after the 100/100's, so I have a second workout entry for my long c/d.
