Notes
Ron Daws 25K. BIG Hills! My plan was to run it as a Fast Finish Long Run -- start out slow, maybe 8:30 or faster pace, then picking it up a bit at mile 5, then aiming for Goal Half Marathon pace for last 5 miles or so. Instead, I ran at roughly Goal Marathon Pace for the whole thing. Not sure why that happened. 7:10 pace early on felt pretty comfortable, so I thought I would stick with it for awhile ... it felt decent throughout, although the hills took a lot out of me.
Had breakfast with the family afterwards -- great stuff!
