Strength circuit x 2 (just like Tuesday).

Then, 1.1 mile on Treadmill, building speed until last 0.1 miles was at 6:00 pace. Felt great!

Then, roughly 3 miles on the Elliptical pushing it pretty hard (HR in the low 140s).

Good stretch afterwards.
