MANUAL ENTRY -- Garmin Connect had a ransomware attack and is shut down. My HR data was bad today anyhow, so no graph of any value.
Felt weak and a bit sore at the start, felt better by mile 4, and my splits after that were pretty respectable for an easy run effort. (The RW plan has a slightly easier prescribed pace during the Hills phase of about 8:23. It took me 4 miles to warm up to this, but it felt easy the whole time, which is what is important.)
