Felt easy. I'm wondering if I need to slow down just a bit more. As easy as these runs feel while I'm doing them, my legs feel a bit fatigued during the day at work. Today, I plan to add 2-3 miles of easy elliptical miles during my lunch break. I did this on my other Tues and Thurs runs so far, and this seems to feel good (or aid recovery, or something), although I should ideally be doing the "full" length of these so that my total time on the Tues and Thurs runs is at least 90 minutes. I'll need to wake up earlier to make that happen, though.
