Notes

Elliptical. Warmed up legs, then stretched them out during lunch break. This may be a key strategy to keep injuries at bay (i.e., Aerobic run in the morning, maybe only 9 vs. 11 miles, for example, then do a couple very easy miles on the elliptical at lunch followed by good stretch, c/d, myrtl routine, etc.
