1 mile warmup, followed by Full 10 mile Out n Back, then Half mile cooldown.
Avg pace overall was 7:28 (7:28.4 on the Out, 7:27.4 on the Back). Avg HR was 155 bpm during run, Max HR was 165. The RW HR range for the Out N Back is 141 - 164, so I was pretty much where I should've been, maybe a bit on the high side. (It was very cold, 12 deg F, so I was quite bundled up, which raised the effort level for the prescribed speed.)
