12.6 mile Aerobic Run on Treadmill, avg HR ~141 bpm, creeping up towards 145 by the last few miles. Felt good. Very reassuring to see that my pace is now up to 7.2 mph (well, for at least 3 one-mile portions of the run) with HR well within range. I previously had to keep pace at or below about 7 mph to stay in HR range, so fitness is improving.
