Easy paced, tired legs run, shorter than training plan due to Birkie this weekend.

Very gradual increase in speed on TM to 6.8 mph. Nice to see HR numbers stay very low -- below 135 bpm with just a couple spikes above that. Skipped the SAM work, but will do some stretching later.
