Actual jogging with walk breaks. Initially, 1 minute jog, 30 sec walk, then extended it to 2 minute jogs near the end for a couple reps. Felt decent as far as HR, fatigue level, breath, etc. Joints feel weak, brittle, etc., but hoping that will improve soon.
GPS watch locked up pretty hard after 1 mile. It kinda resolved itself near the end, but I have not been able to turn Bluetooth back on, so nothing is uploading, etc.
