5.5 mile PCR in 40:01. This was slightly faster than 9 days ago (8/21, ran 40:43), but this one felt like an easier effort level. HR's averaged mid- to upper-150's, peaking at 164 (still within the range of 151-168). So this seemed like a very good quality (appropriate effort level) workout. As opposed to the last PCR, which I believe I pushed too hard.
