14 x 100m/100m sharpeners (wind sprints), roughly 5:10 pace / 8:00 pace.
Grueling today. Hotter and more humid today than in the past week or so. Also, today was a mid-day run at work, so I was really feeling the difference.
Total of 6 miles, split 4 mi Jog/2 mi 100/100s. Ran them at Miller Park, using the length of a soccer field, sprinting with the wind, floating back against the wind. I definitely dogged it on my "floats," maybe ran at 8:00 pace or so. Still, very tiring workout.
