3 min ON: 9.5 mph (6:19 pace)

2 min SS: 6.0 mph (10:00 pace)

then 11 min c/d run.

NOTE: These felt easier with each one. Weird. Probably more anaerobic than intended. Next week, the goal should be to do these at paces that are much closer together (maybe 1:30 per mile difference).
