Holy crap! I really am not sure what to make of the pace today. Especially after yesterday's workout. It just never felt difficult today. If I didn't have the Garmin on my wrist, and you asked my to guess my pace, I would've said 8:15 to 8:30 based on perceived effort.(After the first 4 miles, it was all 7:30 or better!!) I could've used these legs about 2 weeks ago. Anyhow, very happy with the progress since Boston.
