11.2 miles, Aerobic effort, Hamel loop (early morning running in the dark), wore the waist lamp, no HR strap.
Ran by feel, ignored wrist-based HR until the last 2 miles or so, and was happy to see I was pretty close the right effort. With rolling hills, my HR climbed into the mid-140's a few times, so that is not ideal, but no worries. Happy to see the paces continuing to come down (improve) at this level of effort.
