Raining and windy, but I got out the door ... and it was fine. Almost 9 miles on tired legs from yesterday's Fartlek. A couple of relatively quick miles (6 and 7) at 8:10-8:12 pace felt very easy. HR steady at close to 140 bpm avg once it settled in. Ideally, my HR would be a bit lower at these paces, so I'm not sure if I'm doing enough easy aerobic stuff (and possibly doing too much higher end stuff).
