More cool temps, beautiful sunny morning. Easy aerobic run on somewhat tired legs from yesterday's PCR. Pace was in the 8:15 range after the first mile. No HR data -- wrist HR only, totally bogus readings. Too bad, because I'd like to know if I was running super easy (i.e., 124 bpm) while maintaining these paces, or if it just "felt" easy, but HR was actually in the 135-140 bpm range. Oh well, I'll trust that it was "easy enough," probably in the 128-132 bpm range.
