Exactly tied my half marathon PR, run on this same course one year ago. Dang!
I felt stronger this year, and wasn't pushing hard. And I didn't taper at all, so my legs were tired right from the start. So, it's promising that I can sustain a 6:43 pace on tired legs. I'll have to do the math to see if it was a negative split -- that would also be promising.
1st in 50-59 AG.
