w/u from 4 mph to 6.4 mph (0.3 mph increase every 30 seconds), then 0.1 mph increase every minute until 6.9 mph. Stayed at 6.9 mph for most of the run, and HR stayed around 140 bpm until the last couple miles. Decreased speed to 6.8 then 6.7 to keep HR in the low 140s. (Just a couple weeks ago, I had to toggle between 6.6 and 6.7 mph to keep HR below 140, so this is a nice improvement.)
GPS on "Indoor Running" mode still overestimates distance, since I think it is still using my stride length from my last outdoor run ... which may have been the Moustache Run over a month ago!
