12.1 mile Aerobic run on treadmill (short of the 14 mile plan run -- I woke up too late to get in the full distance). 7.1 mph (8:27 min/mile pace) was maintained the entire time (other than warmup and cooldown). HR was pretty solid (other than the strange "high" readings that always occur when I take my shirt off, and which last for about 13 minutes). HR quickly got up to about 140 bpm in the warmup and stayed in a tight 141 to 143 bpm range throughout the run. Only near the very end of the 12 miles did I see any cardiac drift, and even then, only up to about 145 bpm. Great other than the time constraint not allowing me to do the full 14.
