Decent effort, although not a PR as planned. Stopped at a porta-john just after mile 3. I really thought I had taken care of business before the race, but I still needed to make this stop. Anyhow, ran fairly comfortably after that and probably could have pushed a little harder. Oh yeah, I was in the ER yesterday and had a CT scan for abdominal pain. They found nothing, but I still had what feels like a very minor side-ache today. It didn't bother me during the race, though. Weird.
