16.1 at 8:05 roughly. Felt a bit fatigued, particularly near the end. Good timing for a cut-back week in preparation for the Afton 25K on Saturday.

The Black Kinvara 5's felt heavy and clunky in the last half of the run. It still might be my marathon shoe in October, but I don't want it to feel that heavy. On the other hand, it may be good to wear it as my trainer for long runs, then use more of a racing shoe on race day (Fastwitch 6 perhaps?).
