Plan: FFLR, w/ Last 8 miles at 6:50 pace
Actual: Nope. Nothing of the sort. Raining outside, so headed to LTF for TM and Elliptical combo long run. Got in a total of almost 2.5 hours. The sweat was pouring off me during the elliptical portion. My effort felt much harder than the "average pace" of 9:17/mile. For comparison, last week's 20-miler took less than 2:40, and it never felt hard. Difference is that I did an 8-mile O&B yesterday (versus the 5 mile Jog I did the day before the 20-miler). For the remainder of this cycle, I plan to stick with the Sat/Sun routine of O&B/Long, even if it means cutting the Long Run a bit short.
