4x800: 3min at 10, 9.5, 9.7, and 10 mph, with 3 min recovery after each (3.3 mph for 1 min, 4.0 mph for 2 min), then
Remaining 0.9 miles at 6 mph
Did not feel that tough! Not even the last 800 at 10 mph!
