1st mile warm-up, then 6.7 mph and 1% for the remaining 8 miles (with 2 of those 8 miles at 6.8 mph and 2% incline).

Felt comfortable. I had 2 fluid bottles; finished off a water bottle first, then had Gatorade for the later portion of the run.
