Notes

A very easy run over the lunch hour. A bit on the short side (plan said ~11 miles), but I was tired and needed extra sleep this morning. 7 miles felt about right -- just over an hour of running at 130 bpm, 8:30-ish pace. I should feel decent in time for tomorrow morning's 12 x 400m Intervals.
